Where she started.
Sales executive, 50, on the road most months for work. Singapore, Bangkok, Hanoi, Kota Kinabalu. She had been the same weight for 15 years, and had quietly accepted that was just her body now.
What we changed.
Protein first at every meal, not smaller portions. Steps built up to 14-15k a day using airport terminals and a home treadmill. Two strength sessions a week as the non-negotiable travel minimum. Calories banked ahead of client dinners so a work trip never meant starting over.
What happened.
60.1kg to 53.1kg, roughly 7kg, through four months of near constant travel. She is wearing pants she kept for 20 years. Friends told her she looks the way she did when they first met her, 22 years ago. And she got there without a single week off the road.
"I can fit into my pants I kept for 20 years. Zipping and buttoning is no longer a struggle. OMG"
— Penny
"I'm hitting numbers I have not seen in years... and the best thing is, I don't look haggard or thin."
— Penny
