Jennifer lost 10kg in four months. She has held it for 19 months.

As she got close to her target, Jennifer was already asking what she'd need to keep doing for the long term.

Could she keep following the plan?

Jennifer had tried putting advice from Instagram together herself. She wanted help working out what fitted her, but she also worried about investing in something she might struggle to follow through with.

Later, she explained why she kept going:

"I felt like it was something that I can continue with for months and months and months."

She could explain what she was doing.

Tracking changed how Jennifer judged her food. A smaller-looking meal didn't always have fewer calories, and sauces added up.

Her training got more specific too. She'd lifted weights before, but said she picked exercises fairly randomly. With a plan, she knew what to do.

Walking became something she enjoyed. She said it helped clear her mind.

She asked what would come next.

In May 2025 she asked Riz what her training should look like for the long term, once she had the strength and definition she wanted.

They planned for her to add food back at her new weight as she came out of fat loss, and to keep strength training. The aim was an amount of food she could keep eating. She hadn't reached her target yet, so the next phase was planned before she got there.

Her weigh-ins, January 2025 to September 2026.

Every dot is a weigh-in she logged. The drop is her fat-loss phase. The long flat line after it is her holding the weight.

Jennifer's logged weight readings from January 2025 through September 2026, with the May 2025 conversation marked

Last logged weigh-in: 3 September 2026.
