Privacy policy
Plain answers about what this website collects, how it is used, and how to reach us about your information. Effective 1 October 2026.
The short version
This site collects very little. It has no accounts and no login, and you can read the main pages without giving us any personal information. On this site, the pre-call assessment is the only form that sends your details to us, and only if you choose to fill it in.
The pre-call assessment
The assessment asks for your name, your email, and your answers about where you are now, your diet history, your training and your week. When you submit it, your answers go to a private Google Sheet that Riz reads before your call, sent through a Google Apps Script. A copy also stays in your own browser, so nothing is lost if your connection drops. Your answers are used to prepare for your call and are not sold or shared.
A few planning pages let you type a start date, a goal or your first name to build a plan on screen. What you type there stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
What this website collects
Like most websites, it uses a small set of tools that collect standard technical data: the Meta Pixel (page views, so we can measure whether our ads are useful), and our hosting provider Cloudflare (standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and performance).
Embedded content
Videos on this site are click-to-play. If you press play, the video loads from YouTube or from our own hosting, and YouTube may set its own cookies at that point. The main pages use fonts hosted on this site. Some older pages, including the assessment and the planning pages, still load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when those pages open.
Links to Instagram, Google reviews, and Google Maps take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
Booking a call
Consultation calls are booked through Calendly. The details you enter there, such as your name, email, phone number, and your answers, come to us and are used to prepare for and run your consultation. They are not sold or shared beyond that.
If you message us on Instagram or WhatsApp, that conversation lives on those platforms and we treat it as private.
Client photos and stories
Every client result, photo, video, and quote on this site is shared with that client's permission. If you are a client and want something changed or removed, tell us and it will be done.
Ads, cookies and browser storage
If you arrive from one of our ads or links, the site remembers that link's tracking tags for the rest of your visit, in your browser's session storage, and adds them to the booking link so we can see which ads lead to calls. Some pages also remember which version of the page you saw, so we can compare them.
We use the Meta Pixel so Facebook and Instagram can show our ads to people more likely to find them relevant, and so we can see whether the ads work. You can control ad personalisation in your Meta ad preferences, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. The site works fine without them.
Your choices and contact
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message @feedtheriz.fit on Instagram and we will sort it out.
