Eight months of CrossFit, and the scale didn't move.
She was stretched thin before coaching. Her goal when she signed was modest: get to 57kg.
Fewer sessions, more structure.
Her training went from five chaotic sessions to three or four structured strength sessions a week. She got a real calorie target, weighed and tracked her food, and budgeted for treats. Her steps sat at 9 to 12k a day, and holidays and festive seasons got a plan before they arrived.
Two sizes smaller.
A third size now zips too. She reached her own goal in under three months, then kept going and moved into rebuilding muscle.
After the fat loss.
In her Exit Phase, Rachel went from about 1,500 calories a day to more than 2,000. She's held her result for more than six months.
